She is a real estate professional and has earned a BSc in Biology from the University of St Andrews, St. Andrews, Scotland and an MSc in Marine Science, Policy, and Law from the University of Southampton, England. She has a Graduate Diploma in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course from BPP in London, England. She worked in the legal department of Materialize, NV, a leading 3D printing company at its headquarters in Leuven, Belgium, before moving to Los Angeles, California and becoming a commercial real estate broker at BRC Advisors, specializing in multifamily residential sales in Hollywood and land sales across Los Angeles, California. After three years with BRC she moved to City Street Commercial, a commercial real estate broker in Beverly Hills, California where she specializes in Opportunity Zone properties.
Mr. Leung career spans more than 40 years in banking, real estate development and finance. He is the founder of an online crowdfunding company focusing in real estate investments. He was the Project Development Director of a L.A. based real estate development company, He helped founded and managed an investment broker-dealer firm. In banking, Tommy has held senior management positions with various financial institutions in real estate lending, corporate banking, and commercial banking. He is the former President of SEPE (Society of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Executives). He earned his M.A. degree in Economics from Binghamton University and serves as an adjunct professor of University of Redlands where he teaches Economics and International Trade.

John has extensive experience in government relations and has advised many technology companies on marketing and communication with federal and state agencies
Percy Duran III is a well-regarded civil rights attorney, author and speaker on international human rights. He now serves as Commissioner of the Los Angeles County Civil Service Commission and President of Youth Policy Institute. Percy was appointed Chairman of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights by President Obama. In the eighties, He was an appointed Director of several government sponsored programs under President Carter and President Regan. He was also appointed as President of the Los Angeles Board of Public Works by both Mayor Tom Bradley and Mayor Richard Riordan. Mr. Duran III is a graduate of UCLA Law School.
Mr. Chao is a water treatment and system specialist. He has over 20 years of experience in hydraulic and water quality modeling, master and capital improvement planning, treatment technology evaluation and process optimization, water treatment system design, regulatory and permitting support. He works with clients on how to optimize the water system efficiency on the master development project and participates in planning and implantation of new water treatment technology. Mr. Chao is a current member of the desalination committee of American Water Works Association.
